This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by KickLift.ai, operated by Gocnet Technologies LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. No Refunds Policy

All fees paid for KickLift.ai services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of the service during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Changes in your business requirements
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Important points regarding cancellation:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

4. Plan Downgrades

If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan:

  • The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing period
  • No credits or refunds will be provided for the difference in plan pricing
  • Some features may become unavailable after the downgrade

5. Plan Upgrades

When upgrading your subscription plan:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
  • Your new plan rate will apply from the next billing cycle

6. Billing Cycle

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7. Payment Failures

If we are unable to process your payment:

  • We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
  • You will be notified via email of payment failures
  • Your account may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days
  • Suspended accounts may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment

8. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refunds policy, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end
  • Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days)

Any exception requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the charge. Approval of exceptions is at our sole discretion.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If you sign up for a free trial or promotional offer:

  • You will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
  • No refunds are available for charges after a free trial ends
  • Promotional pricing is only valid for the specified period

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
